Operating from modern premises in Stoke-on-Trent, Easy Composites benefits from both extensive warehousing and a well equipped development and manufacturing facility.
Our wholly owned Carbon Mods brand has been a respected and successful name in the field of motorsport carbon fibre since 2005 and continues to produce the highest quality components for many of the World’s top race teams, designers and engineering companies. It also provides the practical and commercial experience of advanced composites manufacturing that we draw on and share as Easy Composites.
We make extensive use of our workshop facilities to continually refine the materials, equipment and techniques that we recommend; leveraging the practical experience of a busy composites workshop to ensure that we understand the problems, and have the proven solutions for, the full spectrum of advanced composites processes.
Our skills and experience include the manufacture of high-end carbon fibre parts, competition R/C modelling, engineering, boat building, vacuum casting, silicone moulding, CAD design and tool manufacture using CNC. Our facilities include a 3m x 1.5m autoclave, 600mm x 600mm heated platen press, a 2m x 1m vacuum press and a 2.4m x 2m composites oven.
