Celbo directly produces body parts for tractors, cars, trucks, gathered for the dental segment and counts among its productions leading brands such as Ferrari, Porsche, Nissan, Lamborghini, Fiat-Iveco, Fiat-CNH, Argo Tractors – Landini, Claas , Agritalia, John Deere, Telecom Italy, Enel.

The molding of fiberglass (SMC and BMC) is much more complex and demanding technical realization of the single culmination of a process.

In recent years we have begun to evaluate alternative materials to ‘traditional SMC, for example SMC SUPER LIGTH for lighter applications, or SMC CARBON where greater mechanical strength is required.

Celbo, in fact, is able to realize printed both by starting from an existing project (customer-supplied) is starting from a “idea”. The production process is structured in a more closely related stages between them.

Thanks to a pool of companies and professionals offer a full service industrial engineering (design, co-design, prototyping, etc.).

The feasibility study, the point of honor for Celbo, is always to suggest the best solution.

The construction of prototypes (master model) is performed manually respecting exactly the mathematical model; the construction of the molds is one of the basic steps of the whole process in which we work closely with the customer. Our vertical presses, equipped with the most innovative electronic control systems guarantee exceptional mechanical performance.

After molding the workpieces can be machined by means of CNC machines (Belotti) and, where necessary, finished by hand. Thanks to the control of each piece printed we can also take advantage of the slight variations.

When requested by the customer, the piece is assembled, painted and / or with additional details.
