Williams Grand Prix Engineering Chief Composite Engineer Confirmed for Multicomp Conference Panel

Brian O’Rourke, Chief Composites Engineer at Williams Grand Prix Engineering, has been confirmed as a panel member for Multicomp 2017, taking place on 14th and 15th June, 2017 in Nottingham, UK. 

The conference is set to bring together researchers, designers, manufacturers and end-users to showcase the latest developments in hybrid composite solutions within high value sectors such as automotive, aerospace, rail and energy. 

A panel session will take place on the first day of the conference where delegates will be able to address the panel on subjects such as the opportunities, challenges and trends of employing  and joining multimaterials for lightweight structures.

Gemma Smith, NetComposites Marketing and Communications Manager, explains, “We’re really looking forward to this event and are pleased to announce Brian as a member of the panel. Brian has been with Williams since 1982 where he has gained experience in the design, analysis and manufacturing of composite materials.
