US DOD Contract

University of Dayton Research Institute (UDRI), Dayton, Ohio, is being awarded a $9,900,000 (maximum) indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract to provide for research and development in the areas of materials and processes systems support engineering for composites, adhesives and bonded repair, elastomers and sealants, low observable maintainability, and other nonmetallic aerospace materials. Funds will be obligated as individual delivery orders are issued. The Air Force can issue delivery orders totaling up to the maximum indicated above, though actual requirements may necessitate less than that amount. Expected contract completion date is March 1, 2006. Solicitation issue date was Sept. 10, 1999. Negotiation completion date was Sept. 21, 2000. Air Force Research Laboratory, Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio, is the contracting activity. James Leighty, (937) 656-9003 is the POC. Contract Number: F33615-00-D-5600.
