TRB Lightweight Structures and Seisenbacher have created a strategic partnership to better serve UK and European train builders with a full suite of interior products.

According to TRB, the companies will co-locate people and machinery in both the UK and Europe to offer local design and manufacturing of interior products. Rail interior solutions and structural components such as floors, partitions, ceiling systems, storage units, galleys, doors and more are now developed with control over the entire manufacturing process and in close proximity to customers.

“Working with Seisenbacher, we now provide complete vertical integration of rail interior products within the UK,” says Richard Holland, MD of TRB Lightweight Structures. “In addition, we can locate people and machinery in Seisenbacher facilities throughout Europe to provide local manufacturing, service and support.”

“Partnering with TRB enables us to offer local manufacturing to our customers with UK projects,” says Werner Pumhösel, Head of Operations of Seisenbacher. “And, combining our many years expertise in metal engineering and rail interiors with TRB’s excellence in composites provides international train builders with a powerful partner for interior solutions.”
