System for Reducing GRP Pipes Raw Materials Cost Up To 25%

Technobell has developed a system for premixing sand and resin (SPS).

According to Technobell, the GRP pipes quality produced by the SPS system is confirmed by tests according to international standards. It says main features include:

  • Reduction of polyester resin consumption enabling savings up to 2 million Euro / year for one CFW line
  • The production speed is the same as for traditional dozing systems
  • The characteristics of resin/sand layer in GRP pipe is improved
  • The SPS system can be implemented on any CFW machine
