Dubai based Spatial Composite Solutions has recently commissioned an A320 cabin emergency procedures trainer (CEPT) for CAE’s new training centre at Seletar Aerospace Link, Singapore.

The device, which was designed and built at Spatial’s manufacturing facility in Dubai, has a touch screen Instructor Operator Station and is equipped to simulate door malfunctions, slide failures, fire and smoke in the cabin, decompression and electrical failures. Emergency visual and sound effects are also featured.

CAE has recently nominated Spatial Composites as its preferred supplier of cabin crew training equipment. Other opportunities for cooperation between the two companies in the south-east Asia region are currently being explored.
