SCIGRIP, a merger of IPS Weld-On (US) and Holdtite (UK) are demonstrating the latest advancements in bonding systems and adhesive chemistries at JEC Europe this week.

Following the expansion of their European production facilities, SCIGRIP say they are now positioned to serve the marine, transportation, building construction and product assembly markets. They explain that they have now produced a new 10:1 Methacrylate range in the UK that until now has only been produced in the US.

According to SCIGRIP, the 10:1 Methacrylates offer sophisticated curing speeds that can be micro adjusted by ratio change, facilitating optimal productivity levels without affecting final adhesive properties through all seasons.

“The trend towards larger composite structures in more applications and the continual evolution in substrates, such as thermoplastic composites, places extra challenges on the adhesive industry which we are delighted to address”, remarks Peter George, European Sales and Marketing Director at SCIGRIP.

Peter George and the SCIGRIP team will be available on booth D43 at JEC Europe this week.
