Scigrip has expanded its agreement with Biesterfeld Spezialchemie to include France and the French territories in Northern Africa, with immediate effect.
Having worked together for the past two years, first in Poland and the Baltic States and more recently in Germany, this extends the companies’ relationship, which focuses on the distribution of two-part methyl methacrylate (MMA) adhesives.
Scigrip develops advanced bonding and adhesive solutions for many demanding applications including transportation, marine, automotive and thermoplastics. The company’s range of MMA adhesives was developed to tackle the challenges of bonding metal, composites and plastic materials, as well as hybrid substrates. They offer a combination of strength, toughness, flexibility and ease of use, curing and reaching their full strength at room temperature. Scigrip’s MMA adhesives also offer a range of working and fixing times, giving manufacturers the opportunity to optimise their manufacturing processes.
“Biesterfeld has proven itself as an invaluable partner to Scigrip over the last two years,” states Tim Johnson, Sales & Marketing Manager – Scigrip. “Thanks to their large network and experienced team in France and our proven product range and continuing focus on technical developments, collaborating in this market made sense for us both. We’re excited to see what we can achieve together.”
