RAMPF to Present Innovative System Solutions for Lean Manufacturing

RAMPF will exhibit the compact robot cell DC-RS250 and the two-component polymer RAKU-PUR Speed at the trade fair MECSPE from March 27- 29 in Parma, Italy.

According to RAMPF, the compact robot cell DC-RS250 and the two-component polymer RAKU-PUR Speed offer the ideal system solution for lean manufacturing projects.

RAMPF claims its compact robot cell DC-RS250 combines rapid processing, highest flexibility, and the ability to accommodate nearly any space requirement. Outfitted with the Kuka robot KR Agilus, the cell offers full functionality for part sizes of up to 200 x 250 x 80 mm. The DC-RS250 can apply a wide variety of 1- and 2-component materials, including highly abrasive systems like thermal paste. The cell also features comfortable access for maintenance.

 “Increase in speed, and space reduction make the DC-RS250 and RAKU-PUR Speed ideal for lean manufacturing concepts. The integration of this polyurethane system frees up production areas by being package-ready after travelling a conveyor distance of just two to three meters”, says Hartmut Storz, Sales and Marketing Director at RAMPF Dosiertechnik.

RAMPF will be exhibiting at MECSPE 2014 at Hall 6, stand F29.
