Quickstep Holdings has received The Premier’s NSW Manufacturing Award for 2015, for outstanding international success by a manufacturer.

Quickstep says it will now progress as one of the national finalists for the Australian Manufacturing Award, at the Australian Export Awards, to be held in November 2015.

Quickstep Managing Director, Mr David Marino, accepted the award at the annual Export Awards ceremony, held at The Star on 28 October 2015. Mr Marino said, “Quickstep is honoured to accept this prestigious award, which helps to differentiate innovative NSW businesses in the highly competitive international market. Our aerospace component manufacturing facility in Bankstown, NSW, is 100% dedicated to export manufacturing, and we have 160 staff supporting this activity.”

“Our aerospace component manufacturing sales alone for FY15, delivered $33.7 million in sales, reflecting a 181% increase from FY14, a significant growth in export sales out of our NSW operations.”
