The PPG Industries Foundation has donated more than $77,500 to 18 different organisations for educational and human-services programs on behalf of PPG Industries’ fibre glass manufacturing facilities in the Carolinas.

According to PPG, each grant represents the company’s commitment to supporting local organisations that provide needed resources in the communities where its employees work and live.

“Each of these organisations does great work offering opportunities and support for students and others in these PPG plant communities, and we hope this funding will help them continue and expand their valued efforts,” said Sue Sloan, Executive Director, PPG Industries Foundation. “PPG is pleased to support organisations that directly impact its communities, especially through programs that expand learning options for youth who will become tomorrow’s leaders and members of these communities’ workforces.”
