Armorcom is looking to acquire one or more established composites manufacturing companies on behalf of one of their clients.

They are looking for a US molder which utilizes traditional aerospace manufacturing practices, such as autoclave curing, compression molding, filament winding and/or companies using thermoplastic processing methods, such as rotational-molding, thermo-forming or injection molding.

The group will pay a cash price consistent with industry norms (up to $10M) and with controlling interest, negotiate with existing management (and/or owners) willing to stay on board, to continue running the company. It will also consider distressed companies with a long operating history.
