Polinox, the Brazilian manufacturer of peroxides and mold release wax, has just included in its portfolio a phthalate-free MEKP (Methyl Ethyl Ketone Peroxide) line.
Phthalate-free peroxides show no change in performance, highlights Roberto Pontifex, Polinox CEO. “Although there may be a few changes in the percentage of active oxygen and physical properties, the performance remains unchanged”, he said.
Polinox already used to provide phthalate-free AAP (Acetyl-Acetone) peroxides. “Our product line with this feature is different from others because it bears a TX mark after the trade name”.
