Advanced composites manufacturer Pentaxia will be unveiling plans for a £1 million investment in a new six-acre site.
The company is inviting business leaders to find out more about the installation of equipment and upgraded facilities that will double its existing production capability. Visitors will also get the opportunity to meet Pentaxia’s team of engineers and take advantage of one to one meetings with managing director Stephen Ollier.
“As a company we’re entering an exciting period of expansion and we are looking forward to sharing our growth news with our colleagues and contacts in the sector,” Ollier says. “Advanced Engineering 2017 is a fantastic platform to showcase our recent work as well as demonstrate our role in helping to shape the British supply chain, and invest in growth to meet the anticipated demand in the composites market.”
Next year Pentaxia will move to a 70,000 ft2 manufacturing space in Derby, UK. A six-month programme to refurbish and upgrade the site will start immediately and position the company to meet the rapid increase in demand for lightweight, high performance components from its blue-chip customers in the aerospace, motorsport and luxury automotive markets.
Pentaxia will exhibit on Stand K110 at Advanced Engineering 2017 on 1-2 November in Birmingham, UK.
