Owens Corning's falling stock faces delisting as Exchange's deadline looms

Fiberglass and composite-materials manufacturer Owens Corning is facing a potential New York Stock Exchange delisting because of the failure of the company’s stock to maintain its required market capitalization, shareholders equity and average closing price.

Owens Corning says it will be unable to come up with a plan to address its listing problems before the deadline set by the NYSE because of the uncertainties related to its Chapter 11 proceedings.
