Odyssian Technology Develops Multifunctional Composite Structures

Odyssian Technology has been awarded a research and development contract from the Air force Research &, Development Laboratory, Dayton, OH to develop innovative high performance air vehicles using embedded systems.

Odyssian will develop high performance air vehicles with reconfigurable or self-healing electrical power and signal conductors embedded into the composite structures, with the objective of a significant reduction in overall weight of the air vehicles as well as a reduction in occupied volume.

Odyssian is focused on high technology innovation and creative product development related to: multifunctional and smart composite structures; smart pipe, gasket/seal, and pipeline repair systems having integrated leak detection sensors; thin film energetic devices; and advanced power access and control systems.
