Nordstjernan increases stake in Finnish sports equipment maker Exel

The Swedish investment company Nordstjernan AB has increased its ownership in the Finnish composite sports equipment maker Exel Oyj. Nordstjernan acquired 236,600 shares, bringing its total ownership to 1,339,253 shares, corresponding to 25.6% of the entire share capital. Nordstjernan is Exel Oyj’s largest shareholder.
