METYX Composites is to make Scott Bader its exclusive distributor within France, increasing METYX global network of distributors to 24 countries.

METYX say that this agreement will not only improve access to its range of composite products, but will also boost logistics and customer services within France.

“”We see France as a very important market for reinforced plastics. The country is a pioneer in the industry with a large group of sophisticated customers. It is very exciting for the METYX Composites team to start working with some of these elite customers in France through our long time partner Scott Bader,”” said Ugur Ustunel, VP, New Business Development, METYX Composites.

“”Our cooperation began in 2005 when we worked with the Scott Bader teams in the United Kingdom and Dubai to develop the specialties market in Turkey. We shared common goals and business practices as well as an excellent synergy from the start, all of which helped strengthen and evolve our business relationship over time. We are now thrilled about this new level of partnership with Scott Bader for one of the most dynamic composites markets in Europe,”” stated Mr. Ustunel.

“”There is no doubt that the French market encompasses several fierce competitors, but we are working on a distinct niche for the METYX Composites range with the local support from Scott Bader France”” added Mr. Ustunel.
