Malibu Boats is introducing the industry’s first carbon fibre wakeboard tower aptly named Blade.

Malibu designers joined aerospace composite engineers in a collaborative effort to create the industries first carbon graphite wakeboard tower. Known for its strength and light weight, carbon fibre is used in many extreme sporting environments. Malibu Boats is the first water sports company to incorporate this performance enhancing material into a wake board tower.

Aerospace composite engineers have utilized their experience at Lockheed/Martin to construct a stronger, lighter water sports tower which is available as an option on all 21.5-foot and 23-foot models as well as the Sunscape 25 LSV.
