Kordsa participated in the Ceramics Expo 2019, the leading annual event for the advanced ceramics and glass supply chain, held in Cleveland, Ohio, US on 30 April – 1 May 2019.

Acquired by Kordsa in 2018, Fabric Development (FDI) and Textile Products (TPI) represented Kordsa at the Expo and introduced Kordsa’s high-performance textile structures for the aerospace industry.

Bringing together engineers, decision makers, buyers, end users, professionals from the entire advanced ceramics and glass supply chain, Ceramics Expo in its fifth year hosted more than 300 leading global manufacturers and suppliers across the world. Kordsa participated in the Ceramics Expo with its US-based companies Fabric Development (FDI) and Textile Products (TPI), strategic suppliers of global aerospace industry. Kordsa introduced its lightweight and durable ceramics fibres and textiles, providing extreme endurance with their high temperature resistance. Attendees who visited TDI and FPI joint stand had the opportunity to see first-hand and up close Kordsa’s competencies in high-performance ceramics.
