Huntsman Advanced Materials has developed a new range of low emission hardeners that aim to help civil engineering companies to produce products that comply with future environmental regulations.
In response to increasing environmental concerns and predicting future demand for more ‘green’ products, Huntsman has developed a new range of nonylphenol- and benzylalcohol-free hardeners. Suitable for use in conjunction with epoxy resins, they represent a novel approach to civil engineering and design issues and are the first products of their kind packaged as an integrated solution.
Currently in the sampling phase and available ahead of industry regulations on product emission values, Huntsman’s hardeners are designed for use in all building protection and flooring applications that employ concrete and other mineral substrate materials.
