Hexagon Composites Announces a New Global Identity

From March 4, the Hexagon Group is gathering all its business units: Ragasco, Lincoln Composites, Hexagon Raufoss and Devold AMT under one name: Hexagon.

During the course of Hexagon Composites’ 14 years of existence, it says the group has built up a solid portfolio of products, cost-effective manufacturing facilities and an international team of dedicated and competent employees. Hexagon Composites is implementing a unified global identity to reflect its leading market position, global presence and ambitions for further growth.

Hexagon Composites has strong ambitions to grow internationally and aims to have a distinct visual identity that can contribute as a driving force in this process. With the new identity, Hexagon Composites wants to clarify aspirations for the future.

The new visual identity has been based on the group’s previous identity and logo symbol, the hexagon. The solid and distinct hexagon is motivated by the company’s history, unique technology expertise and leading market position.

The Hexagon symbol is made up of lines that form 60 degree angles. Hexagon explains that this is the way fibre is both knit and wound and provides a reinforcing effect on the composite products we manufacture.

Hexagon Composites have three business units:

  • LPG cylinders: Hexagon Ragasco
  • High-pressure cylinders: Hexagon Lincoln and Hexagon Raufoss
  • Composite reinforcements: Hexagon Devold
