GRP Solutions and INEOS Composites Introduce a Greener Resin Solution

GRP Solutions, in collaboration with INEOS Composites, will be showcasing a new plastic waste reducing resin at this year’s Advanced Engineering Show.

One of the key components of this innovative unsaturated polyester resin is recycled PET (polyethylene terephthalate). For every 220kg drum produced, approximately 1,800 plastic bottles are diverted from landfills and our oceans. INEOS Composites PET resin also offers to Glass Reinforced Plastics manufacturers better overall performance than standard unsaturated polyester resins, at comparable cost levels.

Brian Harpur, Managing Director of GRP Solutions explains, “This is a fantastic opportunity for customers to meet leading professionals from our principal supplier, INEOS Composites, and find out about the plastic circular economy and making manufacturing processes greener.
