Gibson Fiberglass has opened a new 40,000 square foot warehouse facility in Elkhart, Indiana, to replace the original 12,000 square foot building.

Speaking of the new premises, Joe Peng, President of Gibson Fiberglass said, “This expanded facility will allow us to better serve our customers east of the Mississippi”.

The new building will include office space for warehouse employees and regional sales. There is also an additional office space to accommodate customer visits and team meetings.

“While the economic situation has negatively impacted many of our customers in the composites industry, we fully expect a turn-around in the near future. We want to be prepared to service our customers when demand for reinforcements increases,” said Peng.

Joshua Cantu, the manager of Gibson Fiberglass’ new warehouse said, “Our customers rely on us to deliver materials on time and in good shape. The additional space will allow us to coordinate inventory turnover much more efficiently”.
