Fibreglass Tubing to Reach 20,000 Tons

By the year 2005, plastic tubing output in China will reach 1.2 mt, among which 20,000 tons will be glass fiber. It is estimated that the total of outdoor water supply pipeline in both urban and rural areas, will be 40 million meters, with plastic tube accounting for 40 percent. Besides, plastic tubes for reinforcing old ones are estimated to be 300,000 tons, including 140,000 tons of PE tubes, 140,000 tons of PVC tubes, and 20,000 tons of glass fiber reinforced plastic tubes.
