DIAB will be holding Core College, a full day of both theoretical and practical information on designing and building sandwich structures.

The regional event will feature sandwich composite theory and processing technology, including infusion, the preferred solution for large-scale closed molding. The regional Northwest event will be held in association with Schooner Creek Boat Works on Wednesday, September 10th, 2003.

“Core College demonstrates the advantages that sandwich composites offer in terms of designing and building lightweight structures,” says James Jones, Mechanical Engineer at DIAB Inc. “We are excited about our demonstration on Infusion, which offers stronger, more consistent parts while providing a more worker-friendly environment.”

Core College is a series of regional workshops that is presented by DIAB Inc. and co-sponsored by DIAB partners.
