Crompton Technology Group Ltd, based in Banbury, UK has added CTG Aerospace as a new business division of the company.
CTG Aerospace designs, qualifies and manufactures a range of structural and non-structural composite components for both military and commercial aerospace applications. The company recently received the AS9100 accreditation, which means that they can operate effectively in the aerospace industry and also attract new business. The accreditation also puts CTG onto “OASIS” which is an international database for aerospace suppliers.
Kevin Parsons QES Manager, in-charge of the project said, “Achieving AS9100 means that we have a world class business system aligned to support the aerospace industry and our numerous aerospace customers. The best practices mandated by AS9100 have become the CTG standard which supports our entire customer base, in all industries, not only Aerospace. Our business system aids the efficiency and profitability of the company, and is flexible enough to constantly evolve as we grow the business. He went on to say “having a company with an accredited world class business system in North Oxfordshire is a credit to the high calibre of employees in the area”.
