The complete program for COMPOSITES 2012 is now available online at, aiming to bring together all segments of the composites industry in Las Vegas on February 21-23.

“COMPOSITES 2012 is all about tomorrow’s business,” says Convention Chair Marcy Offner of Composites One. “Offering an unparalleled selection of diverse education opportunities with real-life applications is a key component of this. Our programming showcases everything from basic materials and technologies to cutting edge products, processes and research. Participants have a unique chance to learn from the best in the industry and boost their bottom line. We know our attendees are looking for information that will give them an economic edge in a challenging market environment. Our goal is to provide it.”

The COMPOSITES 2012 program includes over 100 education sessions and peer-reviewed technical papers as well as a special University Poster Session highlighting new research. ACMA explain that presentations will focus on green composites, material advancements, developments in manufacturing, design standards and engineering, enhanced business strategies and market expansion.

“COMPOSITES 2012 attendees will benefit from unmatched, one-stop access to industry leaders, achievers and innovators as well as top academic researchers and experts on regulatory and legislative issues,” notes Offner. “And because of ACMA’s partnerships with SAMPE, SPE and the Adhesive and Sealant Council, we deliver education programs people won’t find anyplace else.”

“World-class education is a hallmark of the COMPOSITES experience,” according to ACMA President Lori Luchak of Miles Fibreglass & Composites. “And it goes far beyond the formal sessions and presentations. Our Exhibit Hall, which is visited by 99 percent of the people who attend COMPOSITES, will feature more than 220 US and international exhibitors. It’s an incredible venue for learning and doing business. We also offer a wide range of networking opportunities, including general and specialized receptions and our Awards Luncheon.”
