Perusahaan Otomobil Nasional Bhd (Proton) chief executive, Tengku Mahaleel Tengku Ariff gazed with interest a showcased “aXcessaustralia-Low Emission Vehicle (LEV)” Thursday and expressed hopes that the innovative technology and ideas could be learned and implemented. At a press conference after a preview on aXcessaustralia, Mahaleel said the concept and technology of the concept car were applicable to the Malaysian automotive industry and market, citing the carbon-fibre body parts as one of the applicable technologies.
