Ceramics Process Systems announces results

Ceramics Process Systems Corporation announced net income of $238 thousand, on revenue of $4.8 million for the year ended January 1, 2000. This compares with a net income of $1.7 million, or $0.16 per basic share, $0.14 per diluted share, on revenue of $5.5 million for the year ended December 26, 1998. Grant Bennett, President said: “CPS ended 1999 a much stronger company than we were a year ago: our customer base is broader and our manufacturing capabilities have improved significantly as a result of investments in people and equipment”. CPS develops, manufactures and markets advanced metal-matrix composites for housing and providing thermal management of high-density electronics.
