After being a wholly owned subsidiary of TenCate Advanced Composites of The Netherlands since 1999, Bryte Technologies began operating as TenCate Advanced Composites USA, Inc from February 1st.

According to Scott Unger, Vice President & COO of TenCate Advanced Composites USA, “It is important to note that this is not a change of ownership, but is simply a corporate name change that will further build the worldwide TenCate brand name within the aerospace materials and armour marketplaces, and bring stronger brand name recognition to our global business. There have been no management, key personnel or process changes associated with this name change and the markets we serve will continue to receive the same high quality products and superior level of customer service that they’ve come to expect from Bryte Technologies during the past 17 years. In support of our important US Military customers, their prime contractors and sub-contractors, TenCate Advanced Composites USA, Inc. will remain a California, USA Corporation and will also retain its USA Ownership status through Royal Ten Cate USA, Inc. of Atlanta, GA.”
