Aguz Marine, Brazils newest shipyard, promises to delight motorboat lovers with its Aguz Open Line 36, designed by the Italian studio Ferragni & Tollini Yacht Design, with a resin infused hull.
The watercrafts of this type manufactured here are very similar; they are almost copies of each other. Therefore, we decided to look for an innovative project in Italy, one that would bring beauty and functionality, says Amilton Gutierrez, Aguz Marines CEO and experienced shipbuilder the recent catamarans Cat 190 and Cat 160, for instance, are his creations.
With 36, Aguz Marines first watercraft has two or three cabins it accommodates up to ten people and two engines, which individual power can reach 370 HP. The hull, which is manufactured by the process of vinyl ester resin infusion, features extreme resistance and low weight, resulting in higher speed and lower fuel consumption. In addition to the exclusive design, we assure customers several layout options. For example, including the hard top or suggesting different arrangements for bench seats on the deck, he says.
Already negotiated, the first Aguz Open Line 36 is going to the water in early April. Gutierrez is planning to manufacture two watercrafts per month and he intends to include in Aguz Marines portfolio other three projects acquired at Ferragni & Tollini Yacht studio: the 26, 42 and 50 motorboats. They all carry in their DNA the beauty and sophistication of Italian watercrafts.
