Boeing has selected Korry Electronics, to provide the flight-deck control panels for the 7E7 Dreamliner.
The panels include the pilots’ overhead panels and switches.
“”It’s great to start the year by adding another high-quality partner to our 7E7 team,”” said Mike Bair, vice president and general manager of the 7E7 program. “”Korry has a long relationship with Boeing and we know they will help us create an airplane that pilots love to fly in.””
Frank Houston, Korry’s president, said, “”We’re very excited to be part of the 7E7 program as the primary integrator for this important system. The advanced flight deck lighting technology we are developing for this new aircraft will ultimately result in operational cost benefits for the airlines.””
