AOC will make a US$0.04 price per pound increase for all products shipped to customers located in Mexico, Central America and the Caribbean Islands, effective on and after Saturday, March 1, 2008.

AOC said that the global demand for crude oil and geopolitical issues in oil producing countries of the world continue to pressure crude oil and derivative petrochemical feedstock pricing, and that this continuous upward pricing pressure on feedstocks used to make unsaturated polyester resins becomes even more critical as raw material price increases continue to lag those of crude oil.
