AOC, Cray Valley and Interplastic are all increasing their prices in the coming month.
AOC will increase prices on all products for the United States and Canada with shipments on and after April, 11, 2011. Unsaturated Polyester Resins gel coats, pigments and additives will increase by $0.06/lb in the USA and CND$0.13/Kg in Canada, Vinyl Ester Resins will increase by$0.08/lb in the USA and CND$0.175/Kg in Canada, whilst Brominated UPR’s and Fire retardant VE’s will increase by $0.12/lb in the USA and CND$0.265/Kg in Canada.
AOC will also make a price increase for all products, including polyester resins, vinyl ester resins, gel coats and pigments of US$0.07 per pound for all shipments to, from and within Mexico, Latin America, South America and the Caribbean. The implementation date for the increase is for all shipments on and after April 7, 2011.
Cray Valley will be increasing the price of its complete portfolio of resins and gel coats produced in Europe, for all deliveries as from 1st of April, or as agreements allow. Price adjustments will be 150 per ton.
Interplastic Corporation’s Thermoset Resins Division is raising the price of CoREZYN and Silmar brand polyester resins, gel coats, colorants and putties $0.06 per pound. Vinyl ester resins will increase $0.08 per pound and Fire Retardant Vinyl Esters will increase $0.12 per pound. This increase will take effect on all shipments on or after April 9, 2011.
