Amiantit Seals Another GRP Pipe Contract Totalling Over 15 Million Euros

Amiantit, the Saudi Arabian company has won a contract to supply its Glass Reinforced Polymer (GRP) Pipes in Iraq, Syria and Jordan.

From the 15 million euros, 7 million Euros is for supplying GRP pipes, with diameters ranging from 250 to 2800 mm, that will be manufactured by Amiantit’s subsidiaries in Dammam and Turkey. A total of 45 kilometre pipes will be used for sewage projects in Baghdad, Iraq and in Samara, Jordan.

Amiantit also supplied fibreglass pipes worth 8.2 million Euros for the General Foreign Trade Organization in Syria, ranging from 150 to 1000 mm. The 86 kilometre project will be used for water transmission lines in Al Hasaka.
