Shape Machining supplies machined patterns, tools, foams, engineering services and pressed composite components to all sectors of the carbon composites industry. It is ISO 9001 accredited and moving towards AS 9100 rev D.

Managing Director, Peter McCool said, “This has been a good year for Shape and I’m particularly pleased that we are growing our position in the aerospace sector. The fact that we are getting repeat orders from our aerospace customers confirms that our quality and workmanship is of the highest standard.”

According to Shape it combines high-quality CNC pattern, tool and foam machining services with support from a highly experienced engineering team. This combination is particularly valued by Shape’s customers.

McCool added, “We value our relationship with all our customers and aim to build lasting relations with every one of them. This is particularly important in the aerospace sector with long product life cycles that need to be supported for the entire project duration. We aim to grow our support and presence in this sector.”
