Advanced Technical Product’s Intellitec and Marion Composites divisions are well positioned for participation in the Joint Strike Fighter (JSF) program.

Intellitec has received a memorandum of agreement from Lockheed Martin that it will be awarded contracts for the manufacture of certain Resin Transfer Molded (RTM) parts for each JSF aircraft. Marion Composites is identified by Lockheed Martin as a 1st Tier Domestic Supplier for the JSF Program and is in discussions regarding the production of the radome as well as other composite structures, and early signs indicate the division will be chosen as a supplier.

“”Both Intellitec and Marion Composites supplied composite structures for Lockheed Martin’s X-35 concept demonstrator aircraft, and have met performance requirements for further participation in the program,”” said Garrett L. Dominy, President & CEO. “”While it is too early to quantify the extent of our involvement in dollar terms, we have every indication that we will manufacture numerous composite structures for the Joint Strike Fighter.””
