ACG has developed a range of prepregs that meet the demands of the automotive industry including BPSMk2.

BPSMk2 body panel system is one of ACG’s most recent developments and they explain that it is targeted at the medium to high volume market and utilises their DForm Deformable Composite System (DCS) technology. ACG explains that BPSMk2 de-skills and reduces laminating time, and minimises surface preparation work.

ACG will be demonstrating their BPSMk2 at the Composites Europe show next week along with their phenolic and epoxy prepregs, which are used in a variety of defence applications as well as interior applications in the rail and aerospace sectors. ACG say these prepregs match the stringent requirements of aerospace standards FAR25.853 and ABD0031, and numerous British, French and German standards set by the rail sector.

ACG can be found in Hall 4, stand F30 at the show.
