METYX USA Gains ISO 9001: 2015 Certification

The new METYX USA technical textiles production, sales and distribution facility in Renlo, Gaston County, North Carolina, is now ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System certified.  

The ISO accreditation audit was carried out in December 2018 by TÜV Nord, which approved the METYX USA site and management systems.   

METYX Group CEO, Uğur Üstünel commented, “We are delighted to have gained this vital ISO 9001 certification for our technical textiles operations in the USA so quickly, thanks to the dedicated Management Systems team, who all worked tirelessly to get this ISO accreditation completed in time for 2019. This has been a high priority objective to achieve quickly as part of the commitment by METYX to our customers to provide world class quality standards and service excellence.”

METYX Group is a manufacturer of high-performance technical textiles including: multiaxial reinforcements, carbon reinforcements, RTM reinforcements, woven reinforcements, and vacuum bagging products. To complement its product portfolio, METYX also offers extensive consulting services and technical training, as well as composite tool making, component manufacture and kitting services for cores, fabric and vacuum consumables.
