Scott Bader Japan Established

Scott Bader has announce the creation of Scott Bader Japan KK. The new business will strengthen the company's presence in the country, a growth market for adhesives and composite materials.

Scott Bader Japan will supply customers in the wind energy, marine, land transportation, building and construction markets with composite products and technical support.

Located in Yokohama, south of Tokyo, the new business will be managed by Yoshio Mizuno, Head of Sales. Akira Kamada will be responsible for Technical Customer Service.

“This is a major step forward for Scott Bader in Asia and for Japan in particular," says John Kemp, CEO, Middle East Africa & Asia. "Scott Bader Japan KK will provide the springboard for us to bring our industry leading products to customers in Japan.”

Scott Bader’s headquarters are in the UK. It has manufacturing facilities in Europe, the Middle East, South Africa, Canada, India and South America.
