Compotec Scheduled for April 2019

The 11th edition of the Compotec, the Italian exhibition dedicated to composite materials, will take place in Marina di Carrara on 3-5 April 2019.

Organised by I.M.M./CarraraFiere, the event takes place at the same time as the 17th edition of Seatec, an international exhibition focusing on shipbuilding.

For the 2019 edition of Compotec, a series of new areas and opportunities have been created. These include six Business Clusters:

  1. Nautical and Naval;
  2. Defence and Aerospace;
  3. Automotive and Leisure;
  4. Medical;
  5. Building;
  6. The Recycling Supply Chain.

Further features include:

  • Showroom: Displaying products and services for the boating industry.
  • B2B Meetings: B2B meetings among exhibitors and international buyers from Europe, the Americas and Asia, selected by the fair organiser with the support of Italian Trade Agency.
  • Academy: A series of training activities with assignment of Professional Training Credits for engineers.
  • Workshop: Conference sessions offering content related to the new dynamics of the composite materials market.
  • Awards: Awards for products and systems presented by exhibiting companies.
