Applied Graphene Materials will demonstrate Structural Ink, a technology that enables the selective targeting of performance gains by printing graphene into composite structures where it will be most design and cost efficient.
Having significantly advanced this technology in recent months, AGM is seeking to identify partners with an ambition to help progress quickly to market exploitation.
AGM will also be introducing its Genable dispersion technology, a range of dispersions specifically engineered to enable the successful incorporation and outstanding properties of graphene nanoplatelets into composite and coatings formulations.
Other developments from AGM include a new product launch in Genable 4400, a graphene-enhanced thermal paste, and several market collaborations including work with Magna Exteriors and SHD Composites applying a commercially available graphene-enhanced CFRP material onto the Fenyr SuperSport Tailgate.

CGTech will showcase its expanded range of software applications for the aerospace industry at the Farnborough International Airshow on 16-20 July 2018.
Powertrains, be they conventional, hybrid or fully electric, will need to be light in weight if carmakers are to meet the stringent regulations on carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) to come into force in 2025 – and composites will be key to making this happen. This was the message highlighted at the Lightweight Composite Solutions Conference organised by Vyncolit and Sumitomo Bakelite Co Ltd and held in Gent, Belgium.
Composites One and the Closed Mold Alliance, along with Magnum Venus Products and IACMI–The Composites Institute, are organising Advances in Wind Energy, a two-day workshop exploring advanced materials, manufacturing processes and repair techniques for wind energy applications.
