FSK Calls for Innovation Award Applications

The Specialist Association Foamed Plastics and Polyurethanes (FSK), Germany, is inviting innovations from the world of polyurethanes for its annual awards programme.

The categories are Design and Construction, Technology and/or Process Engineering and Chemical Engineering.

European junior professionals, specialists, senior professionals and companies are invited to submit their innovative polyurethane developments. Both individuals and groups can apply. The originality of the submitted idea, product or process and the marketability and competitiveness of the new developments are key factors the judges are looking for. The awards are intended to support winners in making their innovations known to the industry and to establish them on the market. In the junior professional group of candidates, the award winners also receive a financial bonus.

The focus of the awards alternates annually. The 2016 Innovation Awards were presented for seven innovations in the field of foamed plastics, demonstrating a variety of new products and applications.

The application deadline for this year's awards is 31 August 2017.
