AOC was recently named the Gold Supplier of the Year by Bombardier Recreational Products (BRP).
According to AOC, the award recognises supply chain partners who demonstrate distinguished performance in quality, service and costs. AOC supplies BRP’s SEA-DOO division in Mexico where they produce up to 175 SEA-DOO hulls a day.
It says that BRP evaluates suppliers for its award program based on performance criteria including no field warranty issues or major product defects, implementation of cost reduction initiatives, and on-time delivery. AOC claims it achieved 100% on-time delivery, zero returns and provided invaluable technical support with closed mould and open mould processes.
“AOC’s unparalleled customer service and technical support adds value to our industry-leading products,” said Jeff Holshevnikoff, AOC's Managing Director, Latin America. "This award recognises the impact that AOC can make in our customers’ continued success.” The Gold Supplier of the Year award winner is chosen by BRP’s team of quality, manufacturing and logistics executives.
