NetComposites is launching Composite Essentials Live, its series of live online training modules, with the first absolutely free to attend.
Composite Essentials Live comprises of a series of carefully tailored training modules which are aimed at people who wish to gain an introduction to the composites industry or to “top-up” their knowledge on a specific subject. These live webinar based training modules will run biweekly and current programmed modules include:
The first module, ‘What is a Composite Material’, will take place on the 15th April at 15:00 GMT. This module will examine: what is meant by a composite material and what are they made from. It will also look at how composite materials work and both the advantages and disadvantages of their use.
Attendance for this module is free of charge and delegates can register through the Composite Essentials website. Future modules will be charged at just £49 per session.

The programme has been announced for the second Composites in Sport Conference and Exhibition, being held at Loughborough University, UK, on 3-4 October 2018.
Presentations are being invited for the 7th edition of Ecocomp, the International Conference on Sustainable Fibres, Polymers and Composites, which will take place on 19-20 June 2019 in Coventry, UK.
