NetComposites has entered into an agreement with RAPRA, a not-for-profit organisation promoting the innovative use of polymers, to become a preferred consultancy provider.
RAPRA states that an important part of its service is to promote and manage links between its vast range of members in the broader polymer connected community. Offering a composite-specific consultancy service, NetComposites is also committed to bringing together the best possible expertise for the task in hand. The two organisations have joined together to streamline the process of creating and using innovative technologies.
Drawing from well over 100 years of combined experience in different facets of the composites industry, the NetComposites consultancy service boasts a team of specialists with the breadth of knowledge to cover almost any process or application. Importantly, with no vested interest in selling the latest materials, the company can offer impartial advice on a range of solutions.
RAPRA has a longstanding reputation of providing independent and unbiased advice to its member companies and NetComposites will work with RAPRA to uphold this. It intends to support RAPRA’s members in the development of composite products and processes in their current markets, whilst also aiming to guide companies wishing to push into new, increasingly competitive markets.
Ben Hargreaves, NetComposites’ Consultancy Manager, commented, “We are delighted to have been chosen as preferred providers by RAPRA. Through our in-depth knowledge we look to provide impartial materials, process and market consultancy to companies wishing to succeed in new markets or through the use of existing and undeveloped polymers. Utilising RAPRA’s extensive membership and networks will allow us to help more companies looking to thrive in their existing markets, and those aiming to explore new prospects. We look forward to working with RAPRA and anticipate exciting opportunities to arise from this mutually beneficial agreement.”
Together, the organisations will be working with both Government and industry to promote the understanding and use of polymers and composites.
Global Composites, a new international conference jointly hosted by NetComposites and the American Composites Manufacturers Association (ACMA), will take place at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, US, on 27-28 June 2018.
