Student and Young Engineers Travel Grant

SAMPE UK & Ireland Chapter is offering a travel grant of up to £500 to young engineers and students to assist in further developing their career in advanced materials.

This award is typically awarded to aid attendance at overseas conferences or seminars. To gain a travel grant the recipient must be a member of the SAMPE UK & Ireland Chapter.

Annual membership of SAMPE costs €20 for students and €80 for non-students.

The benefits of SAMPE membership includes:

  • Reduced fees at SAMPE conferences and events worldwide.
  • SAMPE Journal, free of charge, which is published 6 times per year.
  • Access to travel grants awarded annually by the SAMPE UK & Ireland Chapter.
