AOC Increase Prices for US and Canada

14 August 2012

AOC will have an increase of US$0.05/lb in the US and CN$0.11/ per kilo in Canada for all products shipped on or after September 3, 2012.

According to AOC, energy prices have been increasing since June resulting in higher feedstock costs, which coupled with unplanned raw material plant outages, have driven up the cost of resin raw materials. It says ongoing price pressures on raw materials are projected to continue. AOC explains that its global purchasing resources continue to work with suppliers to manage costs and continue to meet its customers’ needs.
